Intro: I have been attracted by Asia since I was
young and when I was traveling in Africa I
promised myself that it was going to be my
next destination. Around January, while I was resting in Italy
after 9 months of Africa, I found a cheap flight
going to Shanghai, China... As my first time in Asia, at the beginning I
was really shocked about all those new cultures: the oriental type of
writing, the oriental food, the oriental people, the oriental mass
and the oriental traditions... I met a chinese guy named James, he helped me out
a lot during my permanence and we became good friends.

Left, James , my giving me a great welcome with the Chinese new year cake

refrigerator, with cool guys who were eating 8 eggs during the training
and using some special techniques. The cost of 1 month with a personal
trainer for each session was 120 Y ! Around 10$ jeez!!!
