03 October 2008 - Living at KLIA - In Kuala Lumpur, having to catch a flight to Hong kong by 3rd oct at 0735am I went to the airport the night before, 2nd oct at 10pm and after staying awake all night, I saw on the departures board that my flight was canceled due to bad weather! Fucking hell...ok they put me on another flight, 4 oct at 4.15pm, and looks like I'll have to spend another 30 hours at the airport, but that's not it, the chances are that the typhoon spinning around the canton area will not pass out until sunday night! Son of a bitch, that could shoot up the number of hours spent at this airport to 72 or more. As if it weren't enough, I have only 50u$ left, that need to pay food until around 16th october and most important the chinese visa fee (im going for a temporary job in china). Looking at the positive side, I might be going to break my record by number of days lived at the airport. [4th October update: tot. hours: 42h 09 mins]

26 September 2008 - Writing the last-willing note - I have been neglecting this issue during the last years because the topic used to scare me. Recently, it no longer does...so it's on, talking about my own after-death "responsibilities" and "rewards". Selfishly speaking, pragmatically speaking, in case of me passing away, why should I give a damn about what will happen to friends, relatives and people that used to be around me in general? Why should I care the way I will be remembered? Anyway I can't know all that when I'm already dead! I can't for example feel responsible for my children left alone because my brain wouldn't function anymore to transmit me this impulse. For instance, we all know that it would’t make any difference being buried under 10mts of snow in a gold coffin, or, being turned into ash, be put in a cornflakes box and be thrown away from the 28th floor. Once I'm dead I would feel absolutely the same in both situation: nothing. But let's take one step back: the exception comes for one thing: in the moment you're dyeing. In fact, in that moment, just before you die, your brain is still connected and probably transmitting those "life flashing before your eyes" films... Thus, what can change your death experience it's just the way you'll feel in that blink right before your brain is unplugged. So, taking for granted that almost everyone would want to die happy, that's how we deal with our eventual death, by wanting to feel happy even though we know we will not be able to continue being happy after death. This already tells everything. Unfortunately many of us are so naive to believe that we act with the intention of doing something to make someone else happy after our death, but unconsciously we are just fulfilling our ego by instead, doing something just in order to make ourselves happy first, for that second before we die, self-deceiving that we can rest in peace knowing that people who are still alive will remember us or savour the things we left them. I'm aware of it, but I need to prepare my last-willing list (which is by the way private and will be stored in my laptop's folder locked with 128bit encryption). By knowing that most of my last willing will be granted I will find joy when my life will flash before my eyes. I am just another human being who is so pathetically attached to his personal fulfillment that even in the last instant of his life he'll want to grasp the last shot of happiness pervading his senses.

holger20 September 2008 - Goodbye Holger - Dedicated to my swimming buddy, Holger from Germany/New Zeland: we spent 2 weeks swimming every day from the shore to a tiny red flag about 250mt far, 5 to 7 rounds for a total of about 2.50 km swam daily which makes a total of 35 km in 14 days. We used to meet at 16.30pm at Lamai beach (and he has never been 1 minute late, while I have been late few times) and swim until around 6.00pm. Dude...I will miss our work out very much! I know you want me to come back to Samui and I want it too, I always love the time spent doing sport, eating great food and living healthy, therefore I'll do my best to be back with you soon! Take care of the sea for me! : )

foolmoon15 September 2008 - Survived the full moon party - In Koh Phagnan, Thailand, It's the night when the moon is on its brightest and clearest side, when between 10.000 and 30.000 people gather together in a 1.5km of beach stretch for the biggest party in the world. It has been taking place for more than 30 years once per month. Here it follows my review on common myths and facts that must be clarified: It's true you can find few kind of different drugs and in somewhat large quantities, but it's false that you can find every kind of drug and that almost every person does drug at the party. It's false that there are people of every age and nationality, as the main affluence comes from western countries and the minority is asian, the average age is 22-23 years old. It's false that this party is dangerous and unsafe, there are in fact many efr and red cross, safety zones and staff ready to soccurr, people also take good care of eachother, taxi and boat transfer drivers are ready to be patient and available with the drunk and stoned guys. Adictionally, no one is forcing people to take drugs and there is no "party-moral-code" where you need to go wild in order to enjoy the night.I was there with Toppy, Bee and other thai friends. We enjoyed trying out the bucket drinking style which consists in mixing different type of alcohol in a small bucket and then share it with your fellas. Obviously as alcohol flaws like waterfalls, you'll see people collapsing everywhere. Overall it has been a very original experience for my first time, but in the end there is nothing so awesome in seeing bunch of teenagers getting hi and vomiting onto each other. By the way that was it from Thailand, I'll be off soon to my next stop.

facebook13 September 2008 - Facebook, the net and the new technology have brought Alan Rooster some moments of happiness - I'm always carrying numerous people in my thoughts, with me during my travels and everywhere, constantly present in my memory and connected to my past, whether referred to good or bad experiences. There are quite lot of old dated friends and schoolmates that I haven't seen for ages, (like 10 to 20 years) and at times, when sitting down and letting my self being absorbed by my melancholic and lonely mind, I 've been deeply wondering which way they took...are all of them still alive? Are they still living in the same city? Did they became what they've always wanted to be? Do they still think of me? Do they still have the same home phone number? What are they doing right now? These thoughts were of great company in many solitary occasions, until one day I heard something about a service that could have helped to trace old classmates: Facebook, nothing special at that time, it seemed like one of the many boring friend's network websites. Later on, I tried to google an old friend's name, and I found out he had a profile on this growing "Facebook", so I decided to subscribe, hoping to be able to get in touch with some old mates. Done that, I haven't been in touch with the service for a while, until few friends input my name "Alan Gallicchio" in facebook's search box and finally they found me. So the networking begun and in few months I was able to get connected with at least 10 of those friends whose I would have never imagined to see again in my life. Still I haven't met anyone, but I'm so excited to the idea of being able to meet and hug them again one day while asking each other about the last 15 years of our life, listening their story for hours, not even knowing where to start to tell each other everything! This not only gave me a wider outlook at how the current technology and internet can alter and improve my emotional states but most important gave me a new prospective and a short term gratification to my current pessimistic life that often runs out of reasons to live for.

11 September 2008 - Some quotations added - I found a doc file with some old thoughts, therefore I was able to recontstruct these few quotations that will be added to my personal collection (Here) :
1) I everyday pray to go to hell, team up with the devil and go to heaven to kick god's ass. Alan Rooster, Malaysia, September 2007
2) What an upside down world sometimes...rich people pretending to be poor and poor people pretending to be rich! Alan Rooster, Indonesia, December 2007
3) Why paying for something, when you can get it for free? Alan Rooster, Italy, 2003
4) The longest travels I've had is when kidnapped by my thoughts, Alan Rooster x/x/x

10 September 2008 - It's cold and cloudy - We are at the tropics, but it's still cold for me: I would have never imagined that Thailand could have been this cold and while during these days many storms have been passing by, I had to use a lovely grey light jumper when driving the motorbike and during the evening time. Im really tired of this weather and I can't wait to see the sun shining again, the humidity making me sweat and having to wear not only than a swimming trunks. Is Apollo sick? Please my hero, get back on the lorry soon and drive the big fireball like the old times! I miss you.

eclipse05 September 2008 - Did I observe my first solar eclipse? - While I was in Surat Thani, waiting the bus to the ferry boat to Samui, I observed a strange phenomenon, looked like an eclipse, but having no knowledge regarding these type of astronomical events, I found it strange to visualize the perfectly circular rainbow at the edge of that kind of dark cloud surrounding the sun in the center. Well Im very happy about the picture, I think it's very rare to assist at one of this celestial events and Im glad I had the chance to capture it with my camera. The date was 28 or 29 August if im not wrong. I will soon check on the internet for further explanations. [Click on the pic to enlarge]

04 September 2008 - German video done - I've uploaded a quick video tour of berlin city, you might want to check it out: then jump to the deutsch page and check the videolinks

metoppy30 August 2008 - In Koh Samui - My friend Toppy was happy to see me again after two years since he showed up in a friend's house in hongkong. He welcomed me like one of his best friend and took good care of me. The bad news is that he'll be traveling to Bangkok soon so guess what, I must move out again....Aww ... it seems like I cant get to stay in a place for more than few days. Why is it like that? I don't know. Anyway , Samui Island it's all about fucking tourists nothing special about its beaches, unless you visit those tiny islands nearby. Not only the sluts around have no respect and verbally harass almost everyone, but as well the rest of the people who have any kind of business on the island, they will try to sell you if not sex, something else, whether trips packages, souvenirs, clothes, motorbike for rent , taxis , buses, everything seems to be for sale and ready for you to choose among a vast collection. If you are white foreigner, they wont let you in peace when you walk. There are parties, yes, best deejays coming from all around thailand and also from abroad, but i dont see anything interesting in going to a crazy party watching a bunch of idiots getting drunk all together. Okey what the heck, you're right , let's not always criticize, so if you want to read some nice fairytales about this place, just click off my website and search something else on google. Bye!

chumphon28 August 2008 - From Chumphon - Im in a place somewhere around the center/south part of thailand, I took a night train from Hua Hin, a 3rd class ticket for 200baht and I ended up getting free whiskey shots and drunk together with 2 workers from the countryside of Yala. The 3rd class was smelly and dirty with instects on the floor, we were all crumpled against each other and I forced myself to stay awake in order to take care of my little backpack. Walked all around this town and decided to continue my trip to samui, so I got something to eat, actually a complete meal, some thai noodles with soup, vegetables, soy, chopped chicken for the price of 25baht (0.40 cent$) in one of those lolcal places set up like it was a camp site. I then opened my small diary and wrote few notes, walked other couple of kilometers and consumed 1 liter of water (sweating so much that i didnt even had to take a pee) to find an internet place where in the end I couldnt even plug my laptop online. Then Im now using their crap pc, updating my blog manually: I open the ftp site, drag the index.html file onto the desktop and open it with a notepad application, seek into the code and write p class=parrightmenu which make sense according to the css coding style page, I add these notes, some other html code, save replace the index file and thank the lady in charge who let me use the pc for free as I told her Im a vagabund (which she believed by seeing my bag and that I only carried the clothes that I was wearing on me). I'll go to the train station and continue to south. That was me again, Alan Rooster.

arrthai26 August 2008 - In Thailand - My first time visiting this country was back in the early 2005, right after the tsunami had strike, I remember that I've escaped Bangkok after only 2 days of permanence and went directly to Phuket for island hopping close by and found my piece of paradise. Now, after 3 years, im back again: Bangkok really sucks big time, shit man it fucking sucks, it's like one of the worst polluted city of china with the difference that the roads are even smaller. Noises and loudness everywhere, dumb asses who change the car's muffler because they believe the lauder it is the more performant their car will be (actually i sold cars for 2 years and installing a racing exhaust system just adds only up to 5% hp). Anyways, the positive side came when I got to visit the cultural heritage that I've missed years back: the big golden buddha (wat pho) and the ancient temple (wat arun), the floating market and some boat trip up and down the river. Secondly I tripped to Ayuttaya in another province of Thailand and visited again ruins of more ancient temples. Indeed, I still cant tell if you can see more temples or more pictures of the king&queen along your way: probably u'll be fed up after counting hundreds of them. Finally I got on the beach in a place called Hua Hin, which seems to be a Phuket in miniature, although the sea is greenish and quite dirty, the sand is white and soft. I will be soon visiting a thai boy in KohSamui who I met 2 years ago in Hongkong: at that time he said he owns a restaurant on the beach, so i'll pay him a visit as I still have his direction in my addressbook since then! I'll probably end my thai trip within a month if nothing interesting comes up, otherwise, go for a visa run. Last thing, this time I've learnt couple of survival thai words: sawadeekaa(hello) , kapkunkaa(thanks) , pom (I) rak (love) kun (love) (i love you). [Will post picturegallery soon here]

berlin122 August 2008 - Checkpoint Berlin - I ve just spent some days in Germany before flying off to asia. Im now on an airbus a330 pointed to Bangkok but I wont write much as I forgot to charge my laptop and Im running too low on battery. I will soon update some pictures of my berlin trip. I met two new friends Pantanida and Andrea (an artist who I hadnt the chance of getting to know, but Ill make it up next time for sure..) while I couldn't meet my other two old friends living in berlin cause I have been too busy walking around the city with my head on the clouds :) Oh, by the way I've tasted some of their crap german food which is a soup of ketchup on a quite big sausage and french fries...holy shit...

checklist0812 August 2008 - RTW trip, my checklist! - Hello folks, today I overcame my limits of what I could have ever thought of a very essential survival checklist for my round the world trip. -12"laptop -toothbrush -sun glasses -passport and intrenational driving license -30lt backpack -blocknotes and pen -digital camera -a jumper. That's it. If you look at the image you can see that there are no clothes besides from the sweather...indeed I am already wearing the only clothes that Im taking with me! So, no spare tshirts no spare socks... nothing. The only thing I need is the ultraportable laptop where I store all my expedition's data. Im excited about the idea of traveling that light! It just rocks!

lillo10 August 2008 - Lillo - I just went to visit an old friend of mine who is a professional rollerblader and talented painter. He showed me one incredible trick of riding an inline skateboard wearing the rollerblades on his feet!!! He usually doeas some acrobatic exibitions nearby Duomo, Via Mercanti , Milan - Italy) almost every friday night. You can watch some of his videos here: http://www.youtube.com/user/Liliano79

voglioviverecosi06 August 2008 - D.I.P.. news - The deserted island project has today appeared on one of the largest italian portal about moving abroad. www.voglioviverecosi.com is a website entirely dedicated to Italians who are tired of living in their country and are looking for alternative life styles. It has well populated forum with users who can give some awesome tips and hints. There are numerous and well explanatory sections on how to invest and live oversea. Thanks to Alessandro who has kindly promoted my project!

party smile31 July 2008 - Happy birthday Nosham.com - I've just reached 20.000 hits and almost 4 years on-air. This line is dedicated to all my visitors, people from all around the world who are opening my blog everyday. Thanks for stopping by and read my news. Be always tuned my dear reader.

intdlalan25 July 2008 - That bitch of my government set me free - I got back my docs and I'm ready to travel again. After passing some exams and tests at the DMV in order to regain the lost points on my driving license, 300$ paid, and 2 months waited, I'm now an happy owner of an international driving permit. I am officially abilitated to drive any car and all kind of motorbikes without any power limitation in more than 60 countries around the world.

vidintronosham24 July 2008 - Nosham video intro - I quickly created a 30 seconds short theme-introduction that I am planning to insert at the beginning of each video I will produce from now on. Works in widescreen full DVD resolution, the soundtrack makes sense and the 8mm crawling film concept it's not bad at all. The only second thought I have is that it can be too long, linear and repetitive after some views. Anyways, check it out and send me your criticism... [01 Aug 2008 Errata corrige: the resolution was not 720p but just a normal x576]

sardegna23 July 2008 - Went for a short trip to Sardegna - Yep, as I had to deliver a motorcycle to K.'s father, he hosted me few days at his holiday house in Golfo Marinella, nearby PortoRotondo, where he is spending the summer with his family. I had a great time with them, we also went through an adventure together when I dared to test his 30 years old windsurf equipment with strong wind and I ended up stuck at the other side of the bay, on the rocks. We had a special guest over for dinner once, a philosopher who turned out to be among the most interesting people I've met so far. By the way, it's good to know there are still wonderful places with colorful sea and some unspoiled nature around the mediterranean: when u get to this island for example, you can really tell it has something very unique in its landscape, in its people. It packs some wild nature and as well many accessibilities. And this time, I didn't have to travel 10.000 miles away...i found my piece of home just around the corner...

airberlin13 July 2008 - Ticket to asia booked - Just found an incredible fare on Airberlin.com, from Germany to Thailand for only 290 Euro. I'll also take the chance of spending few days in Berlin as I've never been there. Again, I didn't spend much time in my country this year neither made enough money to stay away for another year, but I'm starting to feel choked. I don't even know why I am going to Thailand, besides for the super best price, I guess it's my way back where the sun rises. I must have forgotten something...my traveling date...20th August 2008...

09 July 2008 - Miscellanea News - I cycled for so many miles that my ass is hurting now, my legs are dead tired and I feel very hungry. I then decided to take 1 day of rest, which i entirely used to help my mum converting some old Hi8 and VHS to DVD so she can watch them on digital support, without any worries that the time will spoil the tapes. Said so, I now got a good half of my boring paperwork done with the government so I can easily say I can now start to prepare myself for the next trip which will probably touch asia again, and for the first time the oceania continent with Australia! In the meanwhile I've updated my travel page with two new trips, the first one that took place last year, right here in Italy, and the second one just couple of months ago, before heading back home, in HongKong. Also, I did sell my old digital camera and I'm now thinking of getting a new one capable of shooting 720p HD videos. No further news so far regarding my D.I.P project, I just got plenty of emails containing compliments, congratulations, support and encouragement, but no one committed at now. Perhaps I'll be distributing some flyers all over the big capitals with the kind help of my contacts. Last one, I've had my traveling handbook reviewed by a friend therefore it could be completed kind of soon.

mefit03 July 2008 - Fat people you make me puke!- After some months of too sporadic physical activity, I am now back into shape doing sports every single day. 6 km bicycle, 5 km run and 1 km swimming in a non-stop session from 3 to 6 oclock pm. Feeling wellness, strong, light, secure, healthy. And this is for you, fat ass, with your blown big belly or your disgusting cellulitic legs, flaccid worms, pieces of soft shit, dumb useless piece of disgusting lard. I saw overweight teenagers eating their shit french-fries, sweets walking around with no shame. Men with such swollen belly that they cant even see their dick, I pity you fat faggots. Lick my muscles, shut up and squat.

athne29 June 2008 - Tribute to Athene from Emeriss: You're a pro or you're noob, that's life - I saw some kind of strange and funny youtube clips made by a "wow" gamer (it's the most famous online multiplayer rpg pc game) from Belgium. The guy is a crazy geek who can make me laugh. A funny accent and slippery way of talking, a weird "boyfriend" and a hot bitch at his side. He recorded around 30 clips where he mainly talks about how the professional gamer position and now youtube celebrity has affected his mind and his life. I wouldnt have bothered talking about him on my blog, but apart of finding him hilarious, the moral behind comes when you realize that there is a damn whole immense world behind that apparent so called virtual reality...and most of us dont even know its existence... [link to his youtube channel: [http://www.youtube.com/user/AtheneWins]

goldmund17 June 2008 - Narcissus and Goldmund - I have recently read a magnificent book by Herman Hesse, Narcissus and Goldmund: the focus and the message of the book is rotating around two friends representing the dionisyan and the apollinean extremes, but the storyline narrates the adventures and the travels of Goldmund, living for the moment without thinking of the future. I recommend this book for all the travelers and for those who want to know more about the meaning of friendship.

10 June 2008 - More evidences of the constant dissatisfaction in the human being - I am now in Italy at my granmother's place, nearby Como, the famous and characteristic town in front one of the deepest lake in the world. While observing my grandma these days I have realized how futile our life can be, as when we grow old we still keep the same interface of relating ourselves with the sensitive experiences of everyday. Take my granma for instance, she is 83 years old, I watched her taking care of her plants, spending time outdoor, walking up and down, preparing me 3 meals per day, driving around with the car and doing some minor maintenance to her house. Incredibly she is in perfect health status, paradoxally, even better than mine, she doesnt even suffer a flu, while I am having backaches and allergies. She is wealthy, with her own place including a nice garden, a nice grandson:) and a nice and quiet life in the countryside but still close to main cities and comforts...let's say she s got everything or almost...but still, she complains, she moans and whines...But why? There isnt anything in particular to worry about. At most, the contrary...she should be happy and grateful to be lucky to have health and wealth, even compared to other elder granny who have hundreds of problems, they are on the wheelchair or with cerebral problems, or if they're lucky they use a walking stick to walk. But no matter if we have cancer or we are strong like a gladiator, neither if we are broke nor trillionare, still, there is something that doesnt let us in peace, not even at 80 or 90 years old..not until you die...and that is not just telling us that our need is never ending, but that there's something else which is already structured in our genes, the black sheep of all philosophers: seeking the meaning of life within "intelligent" forms of life and our stubbornness in not accepting that there is no meaning at all.

30 May 2008 - This line is dedicated to Arturo Radaza who was murdered on the 22nd of May in Cebu, Philippines - We barely met once, but you were my bro's closest relative. I am with you, all the way with Jonathan's sorrow and dont' worry man, they are going to hang and kill those bastards who did that to you.

dippreview28 May 2008 - D.I.P. Promo video is online - So here we are, I must confess I am a little bit excited while waiting to see the reaction of the public. I will first put it on youtube, then will send it to a friend of mine who works with some tv channels see if she can stream it on any satellite channel like travelTV or something like that. I will also prepare a set of flyers to start a sort of advertising campaign. Moreover this video will be available in 3 different formats: a .wmv low quality online version, a .mpeg DVD quality version and for the first time on nosham, a wonderful new 1080i HD format (only on request). Get on the adventure ...download the video now!

dip editing26 May 2008 - Post production effects - It's 4 o'clock am, I am still awake, video editing with Premiere Cs3 to finally close and publish the DIP promo commercial. I'm adding some color correction when an error suddenly pop up: my intel 965 x3100 integrated graphic card on my laptop, it's not supported by the plugin i have to use to make my video look more smooth and warm, rather than the sharp and soap-opera look of the unedited videos. Well there must be a way to get this done without that plug-in, by manually tweaking all the lighting levels, color parameters and changing the RGB color curves...the only problem is that would take me at least another 3 or 4 hour off the bed (just to understand where and how to modify these settings). Browsing the net for hours I've finally found some advanced tips which will allow me to obtain a decent simulation of film look. In a few hours I'll have to go out to send out some packages at the post office, then study for the driving license attitude exams. Later in the afternoon I'll have to go and take some pics of stuff to sell on ebay at a friend's place. In the meanwhile, people oversea are waiting for my call to plan my next trip. By the way, the DIP promo is coming real soon, on these screens...

fuckingbible22 May 2008 - That bullshit of religion - Shame on you false prophets and dumb preachers, get this into your head: you cant keep up with your lies forever, people will eventually wake up. Please watch these two videos on youtube and see how they scorn religion...laugh with me: [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o ] [ and this other about the ten commandments http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyWEBbFwU1o ]. Oh let's put this one in as well which is very funny [ http://christianityisbullshit.com/2008/04/16/the-creation-according-to-genesis/ ]So you see now why I still stick to asian countries? So I can, at least, never hear about the bible shit and rarely meet christian assholes. (Click on the image to enlarge the vignette)

calimero13 May 2008 - In love with Calimero - My first love, since I was young has been Calimero, he is sooooooo cute, sweet and tender, he couldn't find his mum cause he was born black and different from the other chicken, so nobody seem to be accepting him. He starts to travel in search of adventures his mum and new friends. My heart beats every time I see one of his episodes, his voice is soooo moving that it almost makes me cry when in the show he comes across accidents. I whish I could cuddle him, hugging him tight. [To see a Calimero show check out this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vT0Ij1GpdS4 ]

dmv09 May 2008 - Some bureaucratic processes in a country of morons - My story starts in a very simple way: I am in need of the international driving permit in order to drive abroad. But to get the international permit from any italian consulate around the world, I firstly have to qualify for a regular and functional national driving license. Italy, who is always trying to imitate America for its worst, introduced a driving license point system couple of years ago, which is punishing the traffic violations by not only paying a normal fine, but subtracting a certain virtual score from your license: if you loose some points, then you need to pay cash to get it back, and when your points reach zero, then the police department will confiscate your driving rights. Now, the problem is that if you want to get your license back, Italy has one of the most cruel, bureaucratic and expensive procedure in the world. Our mafia government, obviously applied this fucking new age driving system, with the sole purpose of stealing more money from the citizens pockets. I have lost all my points few years back, and now, the government will take advantage of this "stall" and rip me off: the cheapest way to get my license back, would be spending around 500 euros in taxes, where I will have to go back in time and re-do all those damn written and practical driving tests, to prove that I am still able to drive!?. Of course in the meanwhile I will have to go through the dmv offices, line up for 2 hours to get 1 damn form, then go back and forward for examinations, problems, payments, schedules etcetera. I did all this 10 years ago, I already proved them I was able to drive...but they want me to do it all over again, sucking my time and my money. Note that in this country you can loose points even for having parked the car in the wrong palace or you are not wearing the seatbelt! How planned is that! But it's a lost battle with me anyway, they fucked my license, I am gonna charge them with 10.000$ more on my debt. He who laugh last, laugh best. ...HaHaHa

06 May 2008 - Back home - To be continued...

20 April 2008 - Leaving China for good - I am so nauseated by this country (and especially from this city) that I don't even want to hear its name until the next decade. In this place you have to be careful because people keep on spitting on the ground like every time they breathe, so if you don't pay attention they will hit your shoes. If you don't be careful about what you eat, they will fill your stomach with pure shit: when they find out how to earn 1 cent more from your meal, they will not hesitate by substituting a main ingredient with some chemical inexpensive crap. Never mind if it's harmful for people, still they would prefer to put 10cents more in their pocket. The dirt and the dust around the roads makes me want to puke, their buildings look all the same, without any shape, any art, just a place where ants have to sleep. China has no respect for animals as they torture them by removing their skin while they are still alive and many other cruelities that not even animals could do on other animals so i guess those people are worse than animals. Nno respect for the environment as well, as they are polluting their entire damn country for the seek of the $. And now the funny side, still after years and years of incredible economic growth and worldfuckingwide commerce, still, they dont fucking speak a single word of english.

oblibion12 April 2008 - Videogames are getting very immersive - Recently, I have been playing with a Playstation3 game called Oblivion. Not only it's a role playing game with audio and video running at an amazing definition (the support is a Blu-ray disc), but has the peculiarity to offer an outstanding freedom of action and elaboration: since the start, when you have to create a new character, you can choose between many classes (mages, warriors, trolls , and other races) , and a huge vastity of looks (for example by selecting the type of eyebrows, the positioning of your mouth in your face, its size, its width, then thousands of different measurements for the height of your jaw and your nose) really it's far better than any police identikit software you might come across. Oh my, you can spend hours defining the look of your hero, and after that, during the game, you will have the possibility of creating its lifestyle just the way you would want it. You can become a thief for example, you can own a house. you can partecipate to missions with the soldiers like you were a crusader, or just buy a horse and ride around the almost infinite map of the land of Oblivion, where you can find lakes , sea, countryside with flowers etc... Just imagine exploring those high definition scenarios, watching the stars when you look up at the sky while searching for a secret cave outside the wall of the imperial city, or by becoming a merchant , opening your own shop to get an income and travel to many cities trading new goods...and so on...the choices are unlimited...become whoever you want to be in that middle-age virtual world. My friends, a new era for the videogames has started. [ In the picture you can see my character: i tried to recreate my own sembiances, he looks alike me, isn't it? (well except the long hair) ]

05 April 2008 - Enormous work in progress - Besides having a temporary job of building 2 websites and 1 corporate video for a friend's chinese company, I am also working at my own projects and this is taking really the whole day (sometimes even night) in order to complete everything before my china visa expires.
